Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of receiving order. 

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email address for your convenience. 

In some cases, please allow additional time for shipping. You will be notified if any delays occur. 

Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your product, we will gladly offer you a refund within 14 days of receiving your product. At this point, Stylux cannot offer exchanges. 

Item must be in new, unused condition in original packaging.

Buyer incurs cost of return postage. This will not be covered by Stylux. Buyer is also responsible for tracking returns.

If the item is faulty, we will offer a full refund and return postage fee will be negated. Please send a picture of your faulty item to info@earth2skin.com. 

Please note, if damage occurs to the product as a result of child interaction or misuse, we will not provide a refund in this case.
