 Is Earth 2 Skin the right brand for me?

If you are searching for products that are safe, easy to apply and boast an array of botanical and natural ingredients, then Earth 2 Skin is perfect for you. We use locally sourced Australian flora to produce the most effective skincare products to help promote optimum skin health the natural way. We avoid products that are abrasive and harmful to minimise adverse effects on your skin.

 Are Earth 2 Skin products safe to use on sensitive skin?

Our products are derived from natural ingredients that do not contain substances known to cause skin irritations or aggravate existing skin conditions. However, it is always advisable to patch test any product before using on a larger area of your body or on more delicate areas, such as your face. 

If you have a medical skin condition or are taking regular medication, it is not advised you use any skin product until you have consulted advice from a health professional.

Are Earth 2 Skin products completely natural?

Our products are made from extracts and ingredients that are naturally derived and naturally occurring. This is what we are most proud of.

 Can I use your products if I am pregnant?

First of all, congratulations! However, it is always recommended to check with your health professional before using any product on your skin, especially if you are expecting. One of our products contains the supercharging skin ingredient, Retinol, which is advised to be avoided if pregnant.

What if I am unsatisfied with the product?

We strive to provide you with the highest quality products. As with any skincare, it is advised that you allow at least 3-4 weeks before noticing visible results. However, if by chance you do not enjoy our products, we do offer returns as long as they meet the requirements outlined in our Returns Policy

 I just placed an order. When will it ship?

 How long does shipping take?

Depending on your city and state, it can take up to 7-10 business days to receive your order. Please use the tracking number to check the status of shipment. If item has still not arrived, please let us know at

 Can I cancel an order?

Unfortunately, once the order is with the carrier, you will need to wait until your product arrives and proceed with the Returns process

 Can I change the shipping address once I’ve made an order?

If the item has been shipped, we won’t be able to change the address from our end. However, you may be able to redirect your parcel with Australia Post once you receive notification of your parcel dispatch.


I want to return my order. Do you offer refunds?

If you have changed your mind about your order, you can return your item in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping of the returned item will be at your own expense.  If the product is damaged, we will refund your money or replace it.
